Helps GI issues (SIBO)
It's difficult for me to tell if these are working or not because the results are not immediate or direct in my case. I definitely have low stomach acid and SIBO. But after finishing antibiotics to get rid of SIBO and taking these with each meal, it hasn't returned. Apparently having enough stomach acid to break down food properly is important in keeping it from returning. So far so good!

Excellent!
This is a lifesaver. Maybe the only supplement I take every day without a struggle. Everything else I easy skip a day but not my Betaine HCL. At age 51 my digestive enzymes are not what they once was. After years of bloating and going on PPI's I'm so relieved I found out I needed more enzymes and not less. No more heartburn. No more bloating and life is just good.

A great digestive aide
I was having all sorts of troubles digesting my meal. I eat only whole, organic, healthy foods, but regardless of what I was eating or how much I was eating, it felt like my body was just not digesting. I felt overly full for hours and hours, with lots of burping and discomfort. Now I am finding that the betaine capsules help me so much. I take two or three depending on the size of the meal and how much protein is in it, and I feel comfortable and satiated. I think it helps you absorb your nutrients better, because I just feel better and more energetic overall
