This soup is really good.it is nice and creamy and makes a lot! It is very versatile.i use it to make fully loaded potatoe soup by adding bacon,cheddar cheese,sour cream,and green onions to it yum!also I have made clam chowder by adding canned clams juice and all,garlic powder, fresh ground pepper, and cream.this has become a family favorite! Serve it with hot sourdough French bread! Also Walmart has the best price! Oh you need to cook longer than it calls for so the potatoes are nice and soft.

great soup

this soup was great, easy to make (just add water and cook), made a huge amount (8 cups at least), tasted way better than i expected, nicely seasoned, little chunks of potato. i was expecting it to be bland, but it was very tasty. I will definitely buy this again. I bought several other Bear Creek soups and am hoping they are as good as the potato soup.

Best you can buy

This is absolutely the best potato soup I have ever had. That includes home made, restaurant, canned and other packaged soup mixes. I used half a package and 4 cups of water, put in a couple of tablespoons of butter and some chopped onion while the water was boiling. Cooked per instructions and was amazed that there was not a single thing needed to make it taste perfect. It is perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this soup mix.
