I got this bottle of BioMatrix Support Adrenals, 120 vegetarian caps. It has a lot of different vitamins and botanicals to help strengthen your adrenal glands. Its formulated to help your body to resist and recover from stress, which is a big concern. It is suggested that you take 2 capsules 10-15 minutes before breakfast or lunch.There is a desiccant in the bottle and that it should stay in the bottle to ensure the quality of the product.It does have a 100% money back guarantee even if your not satisfied for any reason. You need to take for at least 6 weeks before you see results.

Energy...
These are so good and they give me that needed energy. Fatigue has been a big part of my life the last year. I take 2 of these before breakfast and lunch and they get me through my day. I was just able to get back in the gym and I am seeing results and going harder. They work together to make me better.

Excellent supplement if needed
As with the Biomatrix Pregnenolone, my health professional suggested that as a senior with no specific health issues, I really did not need this supplement and it could possible throw my natural hormone/adrenal balance off, so he suggested I not take it. However, in cases where it is warranted, it is a very well formulated supplement from a reliable and well-reviewed company. It suggests usage for at least 6 weeks before any results can be expected. Dosage is just 2 capsules per day.
