Have been using Magtein for years. Since using I have experienced increased levels of concentration, sleep, mood, short term memory has improved, overall mood improvement, and I'm more focused and alert. More than anything else that I have found, Magtein helps with falling asleep at night and staying asleep. Also helps with intermittent “tremors” or Parkinson’s like shaking.
Now brand is one of the best!
I’m not sure if these are working or not. Don’t cause any issues though. Walmart has a good price for them.
My doctor recommended this formula of magnesium. I take one at bedtime and fall asleep deeply and easily. I have not taken any during the day as it has a very relaxing effect on my brain.
