The Time Saver
This product literally shaved almost a minute off my mile actually I tend to run approx 5 miles when I go to the gym and I am about 4.40 faster then I was previously thanks to 5x I know that this is not its intended use but man what an awesome additional result. Thanks Twinlab

Great supplement
I used this (or a version of) back when GNC used to sell it in the late '90s. I've been looking for it ever since but never thought to look at Wal-Mart. I kinda' stumbled on it on accident and snatched it up right then. When I took it last (I was 18 @ the time), I put on 10 lbs of muscle in a month (due to competitive swimming and lifting weights @ least 4 days a week). This stuff is great!
