Saturated

This liner is intense and saturated with pigment. It is everything you want in a liquid liner. I tried Danessa Myricks, who can't lose, but this is the the best. You literally have to be careful because whatever this pen touches will have a clear mark. No need to go over area twice. I love this pen.

THE BEST EYELINER

As someone who wears eyeliner everyday and has tried many different eyeliners, this is hands down the best eyeliner I have ever used and I will always repurchase it. It is truly waterproof and I have used it while playing sports in the pouring rain it doesn't budge. The color pigment is also amazing, you get a true black!

Fantastic eyeliner

This is a wonderful product! I've tried so many eyeliners for a cateye and this one is by far the best! I'm in my mid forties and my eyelids start to crease later in the day and this eyeliner makes it through the whole day without fading or smearing.
