This item is the best quality and best price for these kind of vitamin E gel caps. I always purchase these when I am expecting because I cut open the gel caps and use the oil inside to moisturize my growing belly. I would recommend this to anybody who's looking to prevent itchiness hunger midsections so as to prevent scratching that will later turn into stretch marks. Although I did recommend it to one of my friends and she ended up getting a rash from using this so I would only recommend it to those who know that they do not have an allergic reaction to vitamin E oil.
