I love the ingredients in this vitamin, that it's packed with vitamins %26 minerals. I like that it has no artificial colors. I love that it's designed especially for women and that it claims 6 health benefits: Heart Health, Immune Health, Bone Health, Hair/Skin/Nails Health, Muscle Health and Aids in Energy Levels. On the other hand, each vitamin is very large. Sometimes I have difficulty swallowing it .

Nasty, but good!!!
The taste is absolutely disgusting, but hey they WORK for at least most of the day!!🤣 Their size is absolutely far too threatening to me to try and swallow whole, so I have to chew them. And utilizing the old “grandma trick” of placing the pill in a napkin/paper towel and crushing it into a powder to mix into a drink didn't cause it to dissolve at all, and left all its chunky bits at the bottom of the cup. 🤣 Unfortunately, for me anyway, it's better to just chew them while eating or drinking—like the instructions say to take it with food or drink. If that were in reference to the horrible taste, they weren't kidding around! Haha. For the price of these effective vitamins, compared to some double the cost with less than half the dosage, I'll handle chewing them!!!! And will continue making a face while doing so! Despite the taste, these vitamins are great!!!!
