My grandmother always used these particular bread crumbs. I fell in love with the flavor as a child and is my "go to" as an adult. It is preseasoned and has a delicious flavor. Great Cheese Sticks

I used this to make cheese sticks, TGI Fridays style. Got a block of Mozzarella cheese and cut it into about 1/4" strips. Dunk them into egg/milk then into batter. Put them in freezer for about an hour and repeat. Freeze again for about 2 hours and they're ready to fry.

When quality and quantity balance.

The Progresso company has never disappointed me when it comes to quality or taste. I'm a fussy cook. I also read the labels carefully. The sodium content maybe a little high, however I also consider the sugars ratio. As the sugars are so low , I use less salt in cooking. Thank you Progresso for an excellent product .
