Unison sleep melts are
Unison sleep melts are my favorite over the counter sleeping medication. I have tried others but these really do the trick. To be honest they are hard to find, these sleep melts. One thing to know is they are very effective so make sure you have at least 8 hours of sleep or you might wake up feeling a little groggy. I definitely recommend these over other sleep aids.

Good sleep aid.
Great. Dissolve quickly in mouth. That way don't have to go thru digestive track. Unisom SleepMelts really seem to work for me. Directions say take 2, but most times I just use one, then if not asleep in 15 minutes, I will take 2nd one. They get me drowsy. I'll put 2 on my night stand every night and use them only if I need to. That way I don't have to get up and take them out of package after I'm in bed. Also don't have to sit up and swallow them with glass of water.
