I recommend this above all other brands even Dulcolax. There are 2 different ingredients in Stool Softeners and I have bad reactions to any form of Magnesium. RESEARCH. If you don't want stomach cramping don't take a stool softener with a stimulant. There are many out there Please do your RESEARCH 🌈
