I'm 67 and have fine, blonde hair. I've been using this stuff for about 10 years now. My hair started getting really dry, like straw, as I got older. My hair gets very dry and brittle. This 3 minute miracle is so nice, it leaves my hair moisturized without weighing it down.FYI: It says "Leave-in Conditioner" but they mean to leave it in for a while in the shower before you rinse it out. It's not a true leave-in conditioner for after the shower.
