Best retail block cheese for the buck

By far the best Brand bar cheese in retail big box. Very creamy and tangy, compared to other brands exceeds expectations. Not to say there's not other cheeses that are better and more expensive like imported cheeses. Vermont cheddar is one of my favorites.

For anyone who doesn't know , Cabot cheese is lactose free! It's been a game changer in our household so that I can make ONE dish the entire family can and WILL eat. It's so much better than pre shredded cheese and definitely better than the fake stuff that's usually offered to lactose intolerant people. Now if Walmart will start stocking the pepper jack too!
