You won't be able to tell that it's SUGAR-FREE

You can't tell that it's SUGAR-FREE! The color is so pretty and vibrant as is the taste. So simple to make just add hot/cold water mix and refrigerate til thickened or if you just can't wait drink it as is…lol. It's all good. Just make sure that the powder has been throughly dissolved otherwise, it will be gritting on the bottom of yr bowl. I always microwave my hot water for 2 mins just to make sure it's dissolved. You can add fruit or keep it simple; whatever yr imagination comes up with yr family are sure to love it.

I don't know the gelatin secret, but I have found that by eating gelatin before a meal, I feel satisfied faster and stay full longer. I haven't lost weight but I feel better overall and will continue to do this.
