Hi j! Thank you for sharing that your grays start to show again after three weeks from using Dark & Lovely Fade Resist Conditioning Hair Color. Gray hair is sometimes resistant to color. For best coverage, begin your application on the grayest areas and leave the product on your gray hair longer. If you have tried the extended timing and still need better gray coverage, we suggest using one shade darker. If your hair is over 50% gray and you have been coloring for a number of years, the amount of gray you now have may have increased over time. If you find that you are not getting the same color results as in previous color applications, you may need to use one shade darker to compensate for the lack of pigment in your hair, and touch up the new growth, every 3-4 weeks!
