Yummy

I used about 1 +1/2 pounds of 73% fat hamburger and drained it after browning. I also didn't lose flavor by using fat free milk for the cheese topping and about 3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese for the top layer. It's not a hot spice, but it is the traditional taco seasoning flavor. I'm not sure it would have tasted as good, if I hadn't added the extra cheese. I didn't taste it prior to adding the grated cheese. I added the extra cheese because the topping was supposed to go over the chips and it didn't look right for them to be bare. Even though the chips they provide are stale, there's only about a half cup worth and the stale taste doesn't come through all of those nice flavors. I had a bowl of it for brunch and wanted to go back for more. By the way, my cheese had a touch of a moldy taste, but this didn't hinder the flavor of the whole dish being delightful.
