Egg carton
It tastes great and the convenience in using a carton instead of having to break the eggs up and using a whisk to beat the eggs, it is just as easy or easier to pour the eggs out of a carton into the pan.
Campfire breakfast, simplified
Since it seems to be difficult to find the small containers of the Southwest flavored egg beaters, I devised my own. I add one small container of original egg beaters, one can of Rotel fire roasted with green chilies. One half cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese. 1) I put the rotel in the pan first and let it heat up and some/most of the liquid evaporates off. That leaves just the flavor. 2) I pour the egg beaters on top of that let it start to turn into scrambled eggs. 3) I put the cheese on top of that. And mix it around. Makes enough for three people, and is extremely tasty! Throw in a few strips of bacon inside of a nice tortilla and you have a wonderful breakfast burrito!
Can't find and love product
Love this product! It's delicious and I use it for health reasons. Use every day but can't find anywhere anymore!! Is it discontinued? It's definitely one of the best and most delicious products out there!!
