4-Inch Pancakes: 7 - 8; Mix: 1 cup; Milk: 1/2 cup; Egg(s): 1; Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp **4-Inch Pancakes: 14 - 16; Mix: 2 cups; Milk: 1 cup; Egg(s): 2; Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp **4-Inch Pancakes: 21 - 24; Mix: 3 cups; Milk: 1 1/2 cups; Egg(s): 3; Vegetable Oil: 3 tbsp **Tip **For thinner pancakes, add more water. For thicker pancakes, add more mix. **1. Heat griddle to 375°F **Heat pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle. **2. Whisk pancake mix and water **Measure mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off. **Whisk mix, milk, egg(s) and oil until smooth. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over-mix. Let batter stand 2 minutes. **Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. **3. Cook until golden **Cook 1 - 1 1/4 minutes per side. For light and fluffy pancakes, Flip only once, when tops bubble and bottoms are golden brown. **High Altitude: No adjustment necessary.

The box was crushed. With the original you have to add all the ingredients, its a pain. There blue bag is much more user friendly. Makes great pans and wads.
