Worth the Money

The thing I like the most about these garbanzo beans is their texture. They are softer than other brands that cost less. So, Bush's garbanzos are worth the money, in my opinion. They taste great as a side dish with a little Italian dressing or just topping a salad. They are an important part of my diet for their tasty fiber and protein, and they go well with just about any sauce.

Honest review of chickpeas canned

Well , I think the hardest part is to remember rinse rinse , rinse. i made excellent hummus with this key of lemon juice, garlic and my own roasted bell pepper.. I used a touch of sesame oil cause I had no tahiti. and I used olive oil to make it as smooth as possible. there were no chunks, but it didn't look super smooth either.Using a blunder , what expect l o l. the lemon juice helps get rid of the two strong of a garlic but also the canned flavor. the touch Of sesame oil gives it a little of that tahini flavor.. the red pepper roasted adds a touch of savory sweetness to balance out the garlic. I hope this helps you. I do find the can is a little bit expensive. But it's well worth it because I tried doing my own rehydrating of chickpeas. agh lol that's another story I do recommend these. I didn't do a picture because most of it was already gone , it was loved lol

Great salad topper!

Mumma roasted these chicken peas to perfection and then topped all of our salads with them! So good! So delicious! ....and so healthy too! A must try!
