This mattress was very disappointing and very expensive to be as hard and not up to the quality we expected for what we paid. It also never reached the full 14” after 4 days of having it when it says only 12-48 hours. Will be contacting customer service as well because it's apparently not returnable and what a hassle anyways! What a disappointment!
