KNEE INJURY & HEAT RELIEF!
Injured my knee at work and still working through the issues with it a month out. The store I work in is usually warm even with the AC going. Found this on my knee helps with the swelling pain and such so I can get through work. I also found this on my neck with one of the perfect cooling towels soaked down in cold water and wrung out a bit (sold in sporting goods at walmart under $5) is like your own personal AC around your neck while working on hot days. Have used this is in the past on shoulders and sore areas with success as well.. the miracle blue goo in a jar..
