Made with canola oil, which is a "monounsaturated" fat (like olive oil), as distinct from the oils containing saturated fat normally used in mayonnaise. I cannot detect a difference in taste.

The mayo for those with a soy allergy since this is one of the few mayos that don't contain soybean oil. I wish Wal-mart would do a better job keeping it in stock since there are very few other options for those with a soy allergy.

This is actually the best tasting mayo I've ever had, aside from the not having soy which was why I tried it in the first place. I find myself using this on things I haven't added mayo to in the past. It's a really hard to find product but if you can find it, buy it!
