I love APPLE BUTTER! I have been eating it for 72 yrs. i love the thickness and taste of MUSSELMANS. I got a jar today and the color was a medium brown. The color has ALWAYS been a dark brown. why the change in color? i hope it is safe to eat!! NO OFFENSE MEANT!

I have not had apple butter for over 10 years but a friend and I were reminiscing and it came up. Of course, I had to get a jar. I have toast every morning and now it is coated with apple butter! It is smooth and has a nice strong cinnamony apple taste. Perfection! And a great way to start day. The only drawback is the large amount I had to purchase. I'd have preferred a smaller jar but am still a happy camper!!
