You have something good here.

I drink a protein shake every morning and will continue the rest of my like the taste is great I add fruit and flax seed , I don't really care for the chocolate flavor when you start adding certain fruits. It's not salty and no I don't drink it for post workout either I drink them because I have bariatric surgery. No I don't carry the protein powder in my gym bag.

Ok folks, I'm biased here. I like ALL the Ricola lozenges. I keep an arsenal variety on hand at all times. I reach for the sugar free ones first, but I use them all the same way. I figure out my symptoms i.e. sore throat, cough, nasal congestion, etc. I grab the Ricola that best matches those symptoms. I use a microwave safe mug to boil water for 2 minutes. I drop in 2 Ricola lozenges and stir to activate an aroma of steam and carefully hold it under my nose inhaling the steam, then carefully begin sipping my Ricola flavored liquid. I probably do this about 3x a day. MY preference is to avoid other cold and flu products. This next section is not recommended if you can't keep your JAW CLOSED while sleeping, its just what I do! Now, here's the tricky part; just before bed, I tuck 1 lozenge between my cheek in furthest corner of my mouth, OUTSIDE OF MY TEETH. (yes, looking like a squirrel). And I just let the lozenge disolve (naturally over about 4 hours) while I'm sleeping. I'm a side sleeper, and tuck it on my non pillow side. Not recommended if you sleep on your back. Stomach sleepers may need a drool catcher over their pillw. This, with 3 days of ONLY chicken soup, wanton soup, and/or hot %26 sour soup knocks out ugga-buggas from my system. If I even THINK I'm I MIGHT have been exposed to anyone with cold/flu symptoms, this has been my routine for 30 yrs. I would not recommend my night routine for children or even some adults unaware of how they can sleep with their jaw tightly closed.๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ The sugarfree lemon lozenges seem to be smaller and flatter thsn I remember. I am a long time fan favorite๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ of the Ricola variety.
