Another great way for a quick dinner. Open a can of kidney beans rinse, kernel corn drained, slice up an onion (small pieces diced), heat in microwave bowl 4 - 5 minutes, add 1 can of hormel chili no beans, mix it all up. Microwave 3 minutes. Enough for dinner (maybe next days lunch too!)
