I keep these on hand and eat them often. They taste good enough for me. If you are ok with eating prepared foods, this is a good choice. I count my calories and protein intake, so I choose the Compleats which have lower calories and higher protein counts. I like the mashed potatoes in this package. They are supposed to cook in 60 seconds, but I usually stir and then go another 30 seconds.

Great meal!

This beef pot roast meal is Great! It is shelf stable so you don't need to refrigerate it. Just put it in the pantry with your canned goods. But it probably has a lot of preservatives. A health nut might want to avoid this. But it is a very good option for everyone else. Plastic microwave container makes it easy to heat up when you are in a hurry. I really enjoy the taste too. I will definitely purchase again. And I would definitely recommend.
