12V PMDD Starter Motor - 1984-1993 Yamaha FJ1100 FJ1200 FJ1200A ABS Mitsuba SM13 System
New 12-volt PMDD (Permanent Magnet Direct Drive) starter motor for the 1984-1993 Yamaha FJ-series sport touring motorcycles equipped with Mitsuba SM13-series starting systems. Features clockwise (CW) rotation with 9-tooth drive gear and 14.2mm pinion OD for reliable starting of the high-displacement inline-4 engines. Precision-manufactured armature with high-strength permanent magnets delivers consistent cranking torque. Asymmetric mounting holes (6mm and 7mm unthreaded) ensure correct installation orientation. Fits FJ1100 1097cc (1984-1985), FJ1200 1188cc (1986-1993), and FJ1200A ABS 1188cc (1991-1992).
