Do you know the best and worst foods?

Most of us don't but the authors factor in fat, sodium, calories, sugar and human nature to make reasonable recommendations as to which foods should be eaten and which ones are should be avoided like the plague. As of this moment, I have been using these books for about six weeks and I bet I've lost twenty pounds by just Eat(ing) This and Not That. You really should buy all the books in the series. Some of the information is duplicated from other books in the series but much of the information is new.

This book changed my life

Its not a diet, its a way of understanding ingredients and picking the best foods to eat. I have read this book cover to cover twice and took it to the supermarket every time for the first month or so. I purchased this copy and had Walmart send it directly to my mother-in-law in Missouri as an early Mother's Day present. Walmart rocks!
