Directions

Bring water (5 quarts per pound of pasta) to a boil. Add pinch of salt and pasta, stir. Boil 8-9 minutes or to desired texture stirring occasionally. Drain pasta in colander and serve with sauce of choice.

Store in a cool dry place.
