Perma Soft Denture Reliner Kit, 2 Pack, Soft Denture Reline Kit that Secures Loose Dentures

I LOVE this product! Without it, I would not be able to wear my dentures without getting them relined at the dentist every year, and the dentist charges over $100 for the reline. Instead of the trip to the dentist, I use this reliner kit. I do it in 20 minutes in my kitchen, and it lasts anywhere from 3 months to over a year. And the real difference is in the comfort. The reline at the dentist is hard and once done it takes another appointment and more $ (sometimes several times over) to get it where it is comfortable (if ever). This item is inexpensive enough that if I don't get it right the first time, I can do a 'do-over' and not end up in the poor-house. And like I said, this material is very soft and comfortable. 'Cushiony' is how I would describe it. It DOES take some practice to get it right on every try. The timing is the tricky part, because You want to get it where it is still starting to set and not completely set when you put it in your mouth, The other three 'tricks' : %231 Biting straight down without moving your jaw from side-to-side when forming it to your gums, %232 Waiting long enough before removing it from your mouth to 'sculpt' it, and %233 sculpting it with care. I start the sculpting process by following the 'overflow lines' with an exacto knife, carefully cutting away the excess. then I use a Dremel/rotary tool to smooth out all the straight-cut/sharp-angled edges (if you skip this step, your tongue will be constantly seeking those edges out, and you will not be happy). Like I said, it takes a bit of practice/work to develop the skills to replace the hard liner your dentist provides, but the long-term comfort level once you do is well worth the effort. I have been using this product for over 10 years and I even do it for family friends and neighbors, and we all LOVE it. Just remember, relining your dentures with this product is a SKILL and any skill can be learned. You'll be glad you did and your gums will love it!
