I did not like the fact that I did not receive on of the items included in my purchase. I called Customer service and was told I would receive, at no cost, a new shipment that would include the missing part, I never received the new shipment. then I received emails from Customer Service telling me to contact the vendor,. I did this and was asked if I would accept a 20 % discount. I said no. Send me the missing part. I have never heard from the vendor.
