Happy with my Rainbow! GreatVacs stands behind their service.
The rainbow is in great shape for being refurbished. Took me a while to figure out how to use all the tools and hoses. I am very satisfied with how it cleans. My only dissatisfaction is the shampooer. I do not have a faucet in my home that the hose will fit to hook up to, so havent used the shampooer. Need to go to the hardware store to fine a fitting, but just havent gotten around to it. All in all very happy with the machine.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED!!
this vac really outperforms the old one which it replaced..it was delivered as promised right away and in excellent condition..i would recommend GreatVacs to anyone..my wife still insists that this is a new vac but i keep telling her its a refurbished one!

Great investment
The rainbow system is awesome. It cleans anything. I feel like my house and even the air we breathe is cleaner since this purchase. Shipping was quick & customer service is helpful for any questions. I couldnt find the manual for he shampooer online but the Rainbow company customer service emailed it to me.
