Best Season Ever

Despite the season finale being a small letdown, Season 7 is the best. It just about completes the Superman saga (yet to get his costume). It reveals Kara (Supergirl), Lara (Kal-El's mother), Bizarro, and the return of Milton Fine (Brainiac). Other Superman alumni appear, in this season. Dean Cain (Lois and Clark) appears as an immortal doctor. Marc McClure (Jimmy Olsen; of Superman:The Movie), as a fellow Kryptonian Dax-Ur. Helen Slater (Supergirl:The Movie), rounds it out as Lara. The surprising/dark horse cast member, is Laura Vandervoort. Her performance as the future Supergirl stood out with me. Recently learning she would only be back, as a Season 8 guest star; was somewhat disappointing. (She's working on a movie career). Fellow fans loving her performance, makes this purchase another must. While not revealing the disappointing ending, the rest of the episodes make up for it. Makes you look forward to season 8 (possible final season).

Greatest show ever...

I may be a bit biased on my review because I love all things Superman and I'm a huge comic book reader as well. But this show is really amazing. It's funny that the show doesn't get the publicity it should. Although, it's had it's bad moments as every show does...as a whole seasons 1-7 (season 8 is on CW now) is extraordinary. I've watched the show since it's start in 2001 and at the time I was in high school...just as Clark Kent on the show in Smallville, so I could relate in many ways. Looking back on that now...I see how the show has underlying great values and morals, learning from your mistakes, and knowing that you have a destiny on the earth. The show kept me out of trouble as teen. Now that the show is in it's 8th season...it has really grew up as the characters has grew up. I recommend this show to all ages. You won't be disappointed.
