For years, I have had trouble sleeping. I tried melatonin but had a bad reaction. I used antihistamine, but it was too dehydrating. I have been using this Boiron product for two months. While I don't get a full 8 hours out of it, I have gotten better sleep than I have in a long time. It is easy to take and has no taste or aftertaste. I just hope it will work long term.
