I bought this as a gift for my wavy-curly haired daughter. According to her, this type of material is also good for the face, although silk is supposedly better -- that is out of our price range at the moment. She absolutely loves this satin one though. It's soft, comfy and helps to keep her hair from frizzing out completely. She often sleeps with a bonnet as well and this pillow case works nicely with it. She's a restless sleeper and the silkiness of the pillowcase slides across the bonnet without pulling it off her head. I got a great deal on this pillowcase because there was one color that was on sale, so that's the one I chose. The kid had no strong opinions on color, so I figured, I might as well get the best possible price. It's nice, neutral color, somewhere between white and silver. I would definitely purchase this type of pillowcase again.

Satin or Silk

Kitsch Satin is it! I have a silk pillowcase, which I love but, everything about the Kitsch Satin Pillowcase surpasses silk. It means a lot to me that Kitsch is vegan, cruelty-free and sustainable...not to mention, the overall comfort-factor; very satiny and soft and cooling. They offer a variety of colors (I may have to buy one of each:))Thank you for this wonderful product. I appreciate the thought and meaning tha you put in to developing such a superior product. Keep doing it! Thank you.

soft & cooling

i bought this pillowcase for my boyfriend with curly hair. so far, he is over the moon about it and has been singing praises about it since. he was happy with the design as he's a huge star wars fan, but his favorite parts about it were its softness and its ability to keep cool throughout the night. he has already begged me to get him another one for his other pillows so i'd call this purchase a win!
