For something like this, a big part of the rating would be longevity but if the product is a good one that makes it difficult to put up a rating in a timely manner. So far so good though. It's been 2 months since it was installed and so far it works great. The only complaint I have is the packaging. It came freely/loosely rolled in a flimsy plastic envelope shipped through USPS. The problem with that is that these shipping companies do NOT care about the integrity of your product. My package, despite the special instructions was crammed and stuffed into a tiny sized mailbox where damaged could have easily occurred to the product, especially a product with delicate wiring and plug in prongs. Shipping it in a small box offers better protection from the shipping companies.
