New Chapter Magnesium + Ashwagandha 90 Vegan Tabs

I started taking this Magnesium because I used to suffer from invalidating severe migraines that lasted for 3 days. This has made a huge difference! I rarely have a stress related migraine any more, and when I do, they are very mild and normally go away within one day. I absolutely LOVE New Chapter products. I have Celiac Disease and therefore have difficulty absorbing nutrients. I started taking several of the New Chapter vitamins, herbs and minerals a couple of years ago, I take them daily, bring them with me when I travel, and because they are fermented, I absorb them better. I have never felt so balanced, energized and healthy as I do now, I even don't get sick that often either, and I am a teacher, so I'm always exposed to germs.
