Replacing ALL my older knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased TWO Cleavers. It is a replacement for one that is 30 years old. I've been able to chop meats & vegetables with ease. A HENCKEL blade remain sharp for a long time. I've purchased numerous knives to complete my collection. Carving fork, (boning 5.5 & carving 8" ) knife, Knife set 4, Knife set 5. I am very happy with my purchase.
