My grandson was using my son's glove that he used back in the 90's. The palm was worn out & there was no padding to speak of. My grandson loved the glove & didn't want to change to a new one, until I purchased this glove. It's exactly like the glove he'd been using, only the palm had nicer padding in it. really nice glove, wasnt too hard to break in. Only wish I wouldve realized it DID NOT have the velcro around the wrist. Other than that solid glove for the money.
