The AC itself did satisfied my expectations however the delivery guy somehow may have dropped it and roughly handled it incorrectly because it might of been too heavy for him to to carry. One of the side was totally all bent to a point that the installer had to filled it in with foam insulation to make it fit on the small window . Other than that it was working perfectly well and did the job in the 100 degrees heat wave.
