Pleasantly Surprised
The product was delivered on time as promised. The monitor mount is sturdy, easy to put together and much better quality than I was expecting. With all stands there is a balancing of monitors that you must do and there is some effort to getting the height just right once the monitors are attached. So adjust height first without monitors! I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Stand Missing Pieces
I really like the stand (V032F), and the functionality of it. Unfortunately, it was missing a bolt to the back of the stand to support the arms. When I called I was greeted with a very pleasant "We have a 30 day reporting window for missing pieces. Let me see if it is available for purchase." This is unfortunate, because I have no control over the fact that all parts were not present. My only fault is that I waited more than 30 days to report it Vivo because of a delay in getting my office completely set up. Ensure you set-up right away and inventory all parts are present.
