i use tgem for flavoring in cakes, and cookies and also frosting, instead of fresh strawberries. Fresh creates too much liquid that you cant account for when you bake. if you just put these into a little processor and pulsate a few times you have powder. perfect.

My daughter loves great value freeze dried strawberries and a plus is that they don't have any junk in them. She loves taking them to school as a snack. One day she tried the famous pink drink from Starbucks and she became obsessed but since it does have a lot of sugar and it's expensive. We decided to look for the recipe and use more clean ingredients, the freeze dried strawberries and make it at home. Since she is making it at home, she can adjust the ingredients and make it taste exactly as she likes it.
