Great Product.
I was skeptical, but happily surprised at how well it works. All I had to do was fill it with water and plug it in. In less than three minutes it was steaming and ready to use. It quickly removed the wrinkles in my linen garments. I will get a lot of use from this. It is also small enough to carry in your luggage when traveling.

Loved for years, now gifting to others
I've had one of these for around 5 years and have traveled all over the world with it. I loved it so much that I'm now gifting it to others. The only downsides I have experienced are that some calcification of the heating element has happened over time due to tap water usage (but does not impact usage), and that it can be a bit precarious to refill it given the top naturally gets hot from the steam. I've managed to safely refill it by opening it with a towel, but I recognize this goes against the usage instructions so proceed with caution if you try this. The steamer typically runs long enough on one fill that I don't need to refill unless I'm trying to steam a lot of items.
