It is comfortable, and you can adjust the back to whatever position you want. It also has a cut out with cushion for your face if you want to lay on your stomach. There are holes for your arms so you can read or use your phone at the same time. Awesome!

It has a simple design with a pillow to lay on your back and what I really like is the donut-hole (like a massage table) so you can lay face down comfortably.
