Page Markers Rock!

I belong to a book club and I use the page markers to flag the pages I want to share with the group. I use a separate color for each member so if I want to share a passage with "Sue", that page gets a green page marker. I can use the page markers over and over, but they never ruin your page.

Tabbing for Health

I found the Colored Tabs from Post-it quite useful when I created a HEALTH JOURNAL for all my friends, and my siblings. After finding just the right journal book, I created categories, that would be useful for recording Medical Information, services, visits, Doctors addresses, etc and delineated each of these with a colored Tab. With each visit to the Doctor, information is recorded according to what information comes to the fore. If I need a phone number, a medication, or a service, One only has to go to the tab, which contains the information. Right handy on Doctor's visits and needed medical references.
