Is good for dust, cat dander, and mold spores. The max setting really goes, there's so much airflow it makes the room cooler if it's a small room, which is a major plus for me. Lowest settings pretty quiet and gets the job done too.

Unit good, ordering process not.
I've bought several of these over the years and have been very happy giving them to family as house warming gifts. The product is good. However, Walmart has serious problems with their ordering system. I made separate orders and typed in shipping addresses as I've done in the past. Walmart sent me four units, overcharged my card because I had just enough money in the account for two, and sent them to my house. The service rep blamed me for this and I had to go the the effort of taking all four back to a walmart in a neighboring city costing me time and gas. They refunded all four and with the help of their service rep we ordered two more and put in the shipping addresses. They again made a mistake and sent both to one address. The next service rep heard my story and immediately refunded one of the units and said keep it. I appreciated that and maybe my family member can use both. Anyway, still need to get a unit to the other family member. We'll see how that goes.
