⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid Napier — Poor Quality and No Support Bought the Napier Truck Tent for a vacation. First night out, a fiberglass pole snapped. Napier’s warranty process takes 2–4 weeks, so we had to buy a replacement pole ourselves. Soon after, the metal connectors started splitting, making setup a nightmare. Their “15-minute setup” claim is laughable — it takes that long just to feed the straps around the tailgate. Tried to return it within 30 days, but Walmart, the third-party seller, and Napier all refused to help. Everyone pointed fingers, no one took responsibility. The tent is fragile, overpriced, and backed by zero customer service. Save yourself the frustration — buy anything else.

A full refund is still available through that process if you choose to proceed. We will be providing you with prepaid return labels to return the product to Napier.
