I use a lot of pizza scrapers in my line of work this was a great pizza scrape I got it it was nice and sharp it had a measure on it and scraped up the dough like it was nothing and it even cut the lines from you to roll the dough this is a great scraper . if you going to use a scraper at work or in your home this is a great tool to have I advise anybody to buy Don't buy nothing else this is great and I'm making pizza 30 years and this is one of the best scrapers I ever used.
