I am very impressed with this dough hook. It is very sturdy and large enough to hold securely in the hand while handling sticky dough. After a short soak in the water, it cleaned up very easily and after the washing, it looked as good as new. The wood is smooth and appears to be of good quality. The dough hook itself does the job beautifully and makes an easy task of thoroughly and smoothly mixing a sticky dough. This will make my bread baking much easier from now on.
