The item is great I love everything about it. However, I had to wait almost a week longer to receive it. When I tracked my package it stated it had been delivered and it had, to a house in Oregon and I'm in Virginia. I contacted them and they sent another one out to me but wouldn't send it express delivery and I was told I'd be compensated and I've never received that and was over a month ago
